Our story
A laundry built by people who answer the phone
Aqua Laundry Services started because the south coast needed a laundry that treated small properties as seriously as large ones. A guest house with nine rooms cannot afford a bad delivery any more than a hotel with ninety can.
We are family run, which in practice means the person who surveys your property is the person who sees your linen through the unit, and the number on this website reaches someone who knows your account.
We cater to a range of industries across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction that shows up in the boring things: turning up on the agreed day, and pulling out the sheet that would have embarrassed you.
How we work
Three habits we do not compromise on

Hand-checked, every time
Every item is inspected after laundering for stains, damage and pressing quality before it is packed. Substandard linen does not leave the building.

Specialist stain removal
Our unit is equipped for difficult stain removal, so wine, oil and make-up are treated properly rather than washed twice and returned.

Your schedule, not ours
Rounds are built around your changeover and service days, and peaks are agreed in advance rather than improvised.
Our Southampton facility
Equipment that earns its keep
Our unit at Floating Bridge Road runs Hydrofinity washers, which clean with polymer beads and a fraction of the water a conventional commercial machine uses, at lower temperatures and lower energy.
Alongside them sit Girbau washers, tumble dryers and calender ironers that give flat linen a proper finish rather than a passable one. Gentler cycles are also kinder to fabric, so hired stock stays looking new for longer.
You are welcome to come and see it. Most operators have never visited the laundry that washes their linen, and it is the fastest way to judge a supplier.
