Step one and two
Collection sits on days that suit you, usually the same visit as the delivery of the previous load. Your items are logged in and kept as your stock rather than pooled with anyone else.
Flat linen is finished on the calender ironers, towelling is dried and folded, and table linen is pressed for service. Difficult stains go through specialist treatment rather than a second identical wash.

Step three
Every item is inspected before it is packed. If something has failed, you hear about it from us with the item in front of you, rather than finding it in a room later.
Deliveries come back bagged and counted, matched to the collection note so the numbers reconcile.

Questions
There is no formal minimum, though very small volumes usually work out better on a hire arrangement. Tell us what you send and we will be straight with you about which is cheaper.
Customer-owned goods are logged in on collection and kept as a separate batch through the unit, then reconciled against the collection note on delivery.
It is pulled out and shown to you rather than returned. For hire clients we replace it from stock; for your own linen we flag it so you can plan a replacement.
Often clients start with their own linen and move to hire as stock wears out. Moving between the two is a conversation, not a new contract.
Tell us roughly what you send each week and we will price the round.
