Hotel linen hire FAQs
How much does hotel linen hire cost?
Hire is charged per item, per rotation, based on your room count, the item mix and how often we collect. We quote each property individually rather than publishing a rate card, because a twelve-room guest house and a ninety-room hotel are not the same job.
What happens if linen is damaged or stained?
Stained items go through specialist stain removal first. Anything beyond saving is removed from circulation and replaced from stock, so your rooms are never made up with tired linen. Losses and damage are reviewed with you rather than quietly charged.
Can you scale up for peak season?
Yes. Tell us your peak weeks when we set the round up and we hold the capacity, including additional collections. Late requests are handled where the route allows.
Do you supply towels as well as bedding?
Yes. Bath sheets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are all available on hire, and can be laundered alongside your own bedding if you prefer to mix the two models.
